JBIC Presents its Support for Infrastructure Development at the Second Latin America Japan Investors Forum

Ryuta Suzuki, Director of Division 3, New Energy and Power Finance Department I of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) gave a presentation on JBIC's support for infrastructure development in the Latin American region at the "2nd Latin America Japan Investors Forum," held at Conrad Tokyo on June 1 and 2, 2016. Inviting businesspersons as well as government officials from Japan and Latin America, the two-day forum was held with the aim of providing the participants with information on the latest trends between Japan and Latin America which may be useful for enhancing business relationships.

Suzuki gave a presentation titled, "Bridging Finance Gap for Infrastructure Projects in Latin America: New Challenges for JBIC," explaining the issues and challenges faced by JBIC's prospective projects in Latin America, while introducing JBIC's past support for infrastructure projects in the region.

JBIC will continue to provide information and presentations on the support for infrastructure development to our business partners through lectures in such international conference.
