Notice of Relocation and Name Change for JBIC’s West Japan Office

The West Japan Office of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) is scheduled to move to a new location on November 5, 2019.

In conjunction with the office relocation, the name of the West Japan Office will be changed to the "Osaka Branch."

Please note that due to the office relocation work, telephone and fax connection will not be available in the West Japan Office from the end of business hours (5:10 p.m.) on Friday, November 1, 2019, to Monday, November 4. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.

JBIC will continue to support the overseas business deployment of Japanese companies in the west Japan region through the Osaka Branch.

 

 

Transport, Directions and Parking Information

Trains:
  • 2-minute walk from the Sakurabashi Exit of Osaka Station (JR)
  • 4-minute walk from the West Gate of Kitashinchi Station (JR Tozai Line)
  • Few-minute walk from the West Gate of Osaka Umeda Station (Hanshin Railway)
  • 12-minute walk from the Central Gate of Osaka Umeda Station (Hankyu Railway)
  • Few-minute walk from the North Gate of Nishi-Umeda Station (Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line)
  • 5-minute walk from the South Gate of Umeda Station (Osaka Metro Midosuji Line)
  • 6-minute walk from the North Gate of Higashi-Umeda Station (Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line)

*The Osaka Branch office is directly accessible from all these stations via underground walkways.

Parking:
  • There are parking spaces available in the third to fourth basement floors of HERBIS PLAZA ENT building.
