Japan Bank for International Cooperation
The Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) has reappointed the external experts shown below as members of the Committee.
As an advisory body of the Board of Directors, the Committee, which comprises external experts, provides advice on matters such as JBIC’s policies for advancing initiatives toward the realization of sustainability.
Members of the Sustainability Advisory Committee (Term of Office: April 2024 to the end of March 2026)
- Ms. TAKAMURA Yukari (Professor, Institution for Future Initiatives, the University of Tokyo)
- Ms. Rachel Kyte (Professor of Practice in Climate Policy, Blavatnik School of Government University of Oxford, Dean Emerita, the Fletcher School, Tufts University)
- Mr. Tim Benton (Director, Environment and Society Programme, Chatham House)
Under its sustainability governance and management systems, which include the Committee, JBIC will continue to contribute actively to the realization of global sustainability, including sustainable development of the global economy and society and resolution of global issues.
