Establishment and Launch of the Growth Investment Facility

January 31, 2020
Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC)

The establishment of this facility was announced in the "Comprehensive Economic Measures to Create a Future with Security and Growth" (December 5, 2019, Cabinet decision). The Global Facility to Promote Quality Infrastructure Investment for Environmental Preservation and Sustainable Growth (QI-ESG), established in July 2018, is revised and incorporated into this new facility.
